I have picked up a second hand TDA 30 but cannot access it via laptop due to it being password protected?? I have tried reset etc but must be doing somethng wrong?? Is there a procedure??- redengineer

Hi I tried to install a 2 channel simplified voice message card to a tda 15. I need to know - The TDA has 2 digit numbering, do I need to change it to 3?
