    RMATS Line Not Answering

    Tried to dial into the Definity G3siv6 and the system will not answer. When the RMATS number is dialed it just rings no answer. I have dial tone to the 25th pair on the Aux cable. Any suggestions as to what could be the problem and how it could be fixed. Your help is greatly appreciated.
