We are looking for some advice on the best way to go. We have two option 81 ip capable pbx's.
Our options are combining and moving the existing option 81's to the new location, buying a new ip based pbx, or utilizing a vendor hosted pbx.

I have been asked how to get a dial tone from the nortel PBX from an outside line?
The user wants to call in from an outside line then be able to access the nortel's dial tone to access test lines. my recommendation is to install a soft phone, but the person wants to be able to do this from any...
There is a number being dialed from my pbx, 703-779-2249, the only thing we know is that the person it is calling is seeing our main number as the caller id.
is there a way to trace what dn this is being dialed from.
