    Nortel CallPilot MWI Failure

    Hi. Our system is no longed indicating incoming messages or clearing the indicator light when messages have been listened to. I assume it is some sort of MWI failure, I have rebooted the server but this does not clear the problem. Would welcome any thoughts or suggestions? Thank you!

    Hi. Trying to create a scenario where the ringer is silent but the indicator light still flashes when receiving a call. When I use SCN, this kills the light as well. I've lowered the volume the software as low as I can. Any thoughts? Thanks.
