MERLIN LEGEND auto attendent
Hello...I had written previously about the nite service in my office. When nite service comes on and it says press 0 to go to general voicemail....it seems to keep ringing and ringing, instead of going to voicemail. The suggestion I had been replied with was to change the dial0 option...- Kirky90

MERLIN LEGEND GENERAL VOICEMAIL
Hello... we are going through some office changes, and we don't have a manual for our messaging system. We were able to finally figure out how to change out nite/day service message, but now when someone presses 0 to get to general voicemail, it just keeps ringing and ringing, and no voicemail...- Kirky90
