    Why does IE turn itself off

    When I start IE, the opening window comes up for a few seconds but then turns itself off. Outlook works just fine to go to my websites and Netscape works fine also. I've never seen this problem posted on any website anywhere. Any gurus out there have a clue what is happening? There are no error...
