Crystal Reports 2008 Database Connection Error

Is it possible to tranfer journal entries that have a Business partner code, rather than a GL account code, using the DTW? [edi-l] How to purge (or reduce the size of) the Gentran Database Log
I'm new to Gentran and would like to know how to reduce and/or purge the GentranDataBase_Log.LDF? I'm running Gentran Server for Windows NT, version 3.2 SP1.
