5610 IP phone not getting extension

Voicemail password - Unable to reset
Hi, We have been having issues with our new users. After our employees resign, we go in to delete the user and merge config. Lately, after we reuse such extension for a new employee, the system remembers old voicemail password and even if we enter one on the Voicemail tab, it doesn't work...- YanN1ck
