    Status on no answer (Hunt group)

    We are using IPO version 6.0(14). We have some hunt group with no CCR. When an agent receve a call and do not answer, the status on no answer dones't work. The call rings for ever.     Call transfert with music on hold

    When a call enter the backdoor of our IPO, we have a menu asking customers to enter the extension of the person they wish to reach. During the time the call is ringing at the phone, the customer hears Music on hold insted of the ringing tone. Where can I change that?

    Callpilot Desktop Mailbox Configuration

    I would like to know if it's possible to motinor more than one Callpilot Desktop Client in my Outlook? For exemple I would recieve my voice mail message for the mailbox 2222 and an 5555 in a separate Desktop client.

    We are using CallPilot version 4.4.4.30. An outside caller leave a message, when we try to ear the message the system's voice says only 7 digit like: 'You've got a call from an outside phone 9 356 8542' Where can I change this parameter so the voice respond is set to 10 digits?
