    AMS not sending SNMP

    Has anyone had any issues with AMS sending SNMP to Compaq Insight Manager. We have configured the AMS to send SNMP traps to another server running Insight Manager, however no messages are sent. Any ideas anyone? Cathy

    NAV7.5 EE autoupdate

    Has anyone found a way of getting the primary server to check for updates on Symantec site. At the moment the server does this once a day and there does not seem to be a way to get it to check more often for updates. A lot can happen in 24hrs.
