    Cannot Locate IP Office Via Manager

    Hello all, first off im new here and looking for some answers. I have a IP412 i have it into my network and 2 phones attached which all work fine. I am trying to get into it via Office Manager V6.0(1201) but for some odd reason the unit doesn't become discoverable. any assistance is appreciated.
