Anyone know how to change the default `save picture as.` location from My Pictures to a dir of my choice? Or whether it is possible to change the properties of the image toolbar to enable it to save to a new default location as opposed to just opening My Pictures?

OK guys, my IE`sow playing up, everytime i start my machine and try to connect IE won`t dial the default connection. It seems that either on shutdown or boot up, its changing its settings to `Never dial a connection`, this now means that after each restart etc, i have to goto internet options...

196 meg ram
10 gig HDD
Soundblaster pci 64
Voodoo 1 4 meg accelerator
and 8 meg onboard AGP.
