Quick question! From everyones experience what is the best way to remotely record voice greetings onto the BCM50-400? Without compromising sound quality. I can't seem to get the same voice quality similar to recording onsite. The recording sounds distant and airy? Any suggestions?

BCM400. Client Central Answering Point is moving from a T7316E to a IP2004 model. Where do I go to change the system to recongnize the IP phone as the CAP?
My Distributor sent Keycodes to wrong address... wont be in until Monday. On site working off of a BCM400v4 and would like to at least pre-program 1220's. Can I program the phones to the BCM now and upload Keycodes later or does the IP keycodes need to be installed first?
