    Chapters start on odd pages only

    Hi, Does anyone know how to convince PageMaker 7 to not only page break before a particular style but to insert an empty page as well if the style appears on an even page? I am trying to ensure that all chapters start on an odd-numbered page. Cheers, Ian P.
