    Password protecting emails

    Anyone know if there is a way to password protect emails or if there is a 3rd party utility to do that? Thanks.

    3rd party utility to modify user accounts in Exchange

    Does anyone know of any product that will allow to to modify or import specific data into the Exchange accounts. The data I'm talking about is stuff like Fax Numbers, Title, Department, etc... Thanks.

    Online defrag running all the time

    On my Exchange 5.5 servers I have a 5 hour window for the IS maintenance and it seems like the online defrag is trying to run every night and I wanted to know if that was normal. It seems like the priv.edb always gets interupted and has to start over. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks.
