    Unused ACD TN's?

    How do I query the switch for all ACD extensions that are configured but not connected or disabled?

    Off Hook Symbol is Transparent and Cant hang up Line

    This is a newbie question. Somehow the off hook indicator (M3904) is showing the extension is offhook, but i dont know how to hang it up. It is not the solid symbol that is normally used but is clear (just an outline of the phone). I have no idea what this means.
