    Outlook Hangs on splash Screen with Exchange 2007

    Exchange 2007 Server on server 2003 ent Clustered Outlook 2003 and 2007 hangs for ever on splash screen if i then end the outlook process and re load outlook in safe mode everthing works ok anyidea thanks in advance
