User constantly gets locked out of Callpilot mailbox
I have a user who gets locked out of their mailbox an uncountable number of times. I ran a excessive login attempts report & i only see 2 attempts from her ext. User states they are not dialing the wrong password. They can get in once or twice to listen to messages then they try again & are...- spellwaters

Unable to log in to acd set.
I have a 3905 that does not allow the user to log in. When i press zero nothing happens. all other keys & functions on the phone work properly. I have deleted & rebuilt the set & also changed the TN.Please Help!!!!- spellwaters
