I have an option 11 and a 61 connected with a PRI. When site A calls site B, or vice versa, there is an 'H' displayed before the number. Where is this defined, why is it there, and how can I change it? It doesn't appear to be anywhere in the CLID table.

I have two sites, one an Opt. 11, the other a 61 with an AVST Voice Mail System. The two sites are connected with a PRI. I would like to put the Opt.11 users on the AVST, but I'm not sure how to relay the MWL request through the PRI to the Option 11. Is this even possible? Is there another way...
