OSN key stopped working
Hi folks, I had programmed ESA foe a customer that is at release 4.5. It was working fine but the customer wanted it moved to another phone so I took out all the programming and moved it to another set. SRG Dialling Plan
We have been struggling figuring out the dialling plan/programming for and SRG off a CS1000E. The users at the SRG end want to be able to dial 9 to access trunks on the local pstn. MGC Card in reboot loop
Hopefully I can save some techs some pain on this one. We upgraded a 3 cabinet option 11 in our lab to 5.5 with MGC cards and Dsp"s etc. and have done a few of them with no real problems. With this one all our MGC cards would reboot about every 5 minutes.Also i could not enable the DSP's in LD...- coatesy1

clock not keeping time on mini carrier remote
Anyone had this problem? I have a mini carrier remote off of an 81c running release 3.0. At the remote site there are agents using 2216 sets. The time on the display is correct until the agent logs in and then the time starts to wander. All the agent sets working off the mini carrier now display...- coatesy1
