voicemail light turning off after 5 seconds
I have an Avaya S8700 Release 13 (CM 3). I have one user that when a voicemail is left at her ext. the msg light will liight for approx 5 to 20 seconds then turn off. It will then move the message from un heard to saved. I have deleted the voicemail box and re added it back. I have also...- workingbb
