    412-TDL lS-ED Port/phone not working

    All of the phones work fine on this module expect my logical ID 12 port. The phone just blinks the message light over and over and click when you pick up the handset. I have tried different phones, wiring, etc and it all seems to be related to ID 12 port. Any thoughts? Thanks!

    I'm am new to the whole Magix system but slowly teaching myself how to program the system. First of all, how do I find the IP address of the messaging system to use the PC messaging admin? Also, how to I assign group 770 for example to be my voice mail system access group? Thank you!

    I am new to programming the Merlin Magix system. I have a four port card (801,802,803 and 804). I want to assign the first three lines to a pool and leave the 804 by itself. How do I create a pool of the first three and then assign it to buttons on phones?
