    Fax issue

    I have the same issue with two different systems. One is a 3.7 and the other is a 3.5. Fax machine is on a analog port X 285. When sending a fax it will ring X221.Checked all the line assignments and forwarding. I also removed the control set (221)from the lines. Anyone else run into this problem?

    Call Center issue

    Has anyone had this issue? BCM 400 4.0 Fully patched. When calls are being are in que and then distributed to music or all agents are busy you hear 1 or 2 rings. All other CC's I've done you never hear ringing the calls go right to the next step. Anyone have any thoughts?
