I'm hoping someone can help with a problem I have dialling the new emergency 101 number from ACM.
Dial 101 and message comes back stating Number not recognised.
Call fails and traces show info element missing.
This following the same route as 999.

I have a major alarm appearing in the Alarms and Event viewer in avaya cscm contact store.
the error is "err.confighistory.tampered"
I suspect it is down to the clock changing back an hour in oct. Does anyone know how I can prove this or stop the alarm form occuring as it happens everyday...

I'am experiencing a problem that when the agent make the fisrt call of the day be it outgoing or recieved incoming that the verint ip recorder does not register the call.
Has anyone else come across this.
