I´m searching for hours with no results:
We have a normal hunt group with a lot of stations. Working fine.
Some of the members are now in homeoffice and forward their station to their company cell phones.
Direct Calls goes through the forward, but never calls from hunt group?!?

we have different projects, each with other hotline numbers for incomming calls. Most agents work on all projects and they have to call back out callee many times.
So we wants to show different numbers (not die agent ids), p.e. for callback in projekt A number 555-585588 an for...
It´s a general behavior in CMS Rel 14 that rows without any records are removed from reports.
For example there are some night hours without any calls, so this hour is not a part of my reporting.
Is there any possibility to force my CMS to show me all intervalls, even if there is no record...
Just another problem:
We have a hotline handled with call work codes.
Agents have their buttons "work-code", type these one during the call. Works good.
Because of many forgotten "coded calls" I want to force the agents to dial a work code. Phone should wait until dialing this numbers. No call...
Want to give some users the permission to change access codes for different meet-me-conferences (basic system, not expanded).
There exists an feature access-code, in my case *97.
Does somebody has any detail information about this feature? Per example dialing which digits?
