we have 4690 phones which are getting registration error
and stuck in discovery mode. what do i check? what should be DHCP scope for 4690 phones?
what can be done to resolve the issue? pls guide..

We have a Hub site s8700 in Americas and a remote site connected to hub site in asia s8500 which is LSP.
When remote site takes over control in lsp mode the time it is showing is off 12 hours. why it is showing 12 hrs off..any clue?
where phones should go to get time from in LSP mode?

User complains that a specific phone number calls him regularly and leaves a message. He wants us to block that
particular number from calling him.
How do i block a particular so that user do not get a call from that number?

we have network region 45 and 46 and we have mapped IP
address range .235 to .240 to network region 45. Now we want to map .235 to region 45 and map .236 to .240 to region 46.
my question is if this change causes problem how many phones will be impacted in region 45?

The error message we hear when we call the number from out side is " The number is disconnected or not in service".

We have an issue with conferencing for a remote site (s8300,cm 4.0)
They can't do external conferecing ,meaning that they can conference 2 people internally but if the 2 people are external to the compnay..they can't.
i dont see any denial event in list trace.

What is the procedure to reset MM modem? is it same thing as rebooting MAS server or resetting modem will not reboot MAS server...

x268949 and x268989 each have a bridged appearance of x266198 which has new voicemails on it, but neither of these users are able to reach that voicemail properly from their phones... They can call in and check their main extension voicemails but not the bridged line appearance's voice mail...
