Incoming caller id will not appear thru 412tdl id module. The incoming line is VOIP. Is this the problem?
I have also tried 800gs/ls/id. same problem.
I have inherited a customer who has no clue what the admin password is to his Merlin messaging 2.5. It is not 123456,654321,1234 or 4321.
Can anyone tell me how to reset the admin password to default.
I cannot return the entire system to factory default of course because I do not have the admin...
Can I use partner messaging pc software to backup programming in the existing rel 6 using rel 6 pc software and restore the file to the rel 7 using the rel 7 pc software?
