Nortel 3900 firmware updates via computer?
Is there any way to upgrade Nortel 3900 series phones via software, a PC and some kind of hardware interface? Getting exclusive access to the Switch for the firmware upgrade process is very difficult on our site. I'm guessing the answer is no, but it doesn't hurt to ask.- RonBlizzard

InCalls Key dead after Switch INI
We have an odd problem. We recently had our Option 81c upgraded from Release 25.40 to Release 5. Now, when the Switch is initialized, none of the InCalls keys will work on our 3905s -- UNTIL -- the upper "green" key (also Key 0) is pushed.
