When an external call come in on the phone at one specific locations there is a 3 to 15 second delay before the person calling us hears us.
Anyone got any ideas?
My company orginally had an outside vendor setup our Call manager and they used to manage it as well. Well they severed that link so, I have been put in charge of this and have a question.
I have order some new DID numbers as we need another block.
Currently we use a 402-829-45xx number but...
