    Missing help files in CC6.

    I have a customer that is missing the help files in CC6. I was told that during the installation of CC6 the help files dont get loaded. I was also told that you can load the help files from the CC6 CD, but I dont know what files I need and what folder to save them to? Thanks a head of time

    Call log on a 1120E

    How do you turn on the call log on a 1120E? I turned on the call log feature on the phone itself but it still dosent work. I remeber seeing something about configuring the Signaling Server but cant find any documentaion.
