Multiple ip phones - intercom silent
Hi, I am just wondering if anyone has encountered this problem, and what steps they took to resolve it. We have a bcm50 at our main office with 5 digital extensions. We also have 4 satellite offices with ip extensions (i2004). The system works fine but we are having trouble communicating...- fern26

Call Display 6x16
Our office has a 6x16 with CII C6 call display module, but I don't know if it is installed properly. I have been working here for 8 months, and the whole setup (KSU 6x16) seemed to be screwy from the beginning. We called 2 different installers to fix it, but neither could get the caller id...- fern26
