My cs100e atttempts to synch with the ntp server, the server sees the requests sends back the correct time, but the pbx still says it cannot reach the ntp server?

Be prepared to replace your drive if you have a 40 gig drive they have been failing on upgrades. The 80 gb drives are ok so have one on hand. You can use ataShow at the rtc shell to see what drive is in system.
