voicemail to cellphone
I have taken over an older 3300mx controller with 8.0.11.7sw. Calls come in on PRI. when you call managers DID and she is out, you get her voicemail recording, then a system recording "to reach this persons cell phone press 2". 0x32 ringback problem
we recently updated an 0x32 to 7.1 software. works on t1, not pri. when operator answers incoming call, once caller hangs up her phone rings once. we have changed softawre (new 7.1), t1 cards, ksu, phones, still no luck. any ideas on what can cause this.- spbsttek
