    Restart server to recover speed

    Mail size - this one is crazy

    Exchange 2003 with sp2, i set default size under mail delivery to 10000kb, then i set a few special users to 50000kb, i try to send an email with 12000kb to the specail users and it fails.... But if i change default to no limit, it works.... If anyone can tell me what they would even suspect it...

    IP conflict

    I am having random Ip conflicts.. once evey 3 or 4 weeks. I have set the DHCP to check 5 times before assigning the IP, i dont know what else to do to troubleshoot. When i look at the IP there is no other machine with the IP Conflict..can anyone give me any suggestions.
