    Modifiy the RLI in LD 86 to disable long distance code

    Hello Everyone, Can someone point to some information so I can modifiy the RLI in LD 86 to disable the need for a code on the system when calling long distance. I want the code disabled for everyone. If there is some type of turorial or something that would be great! Thanks in advance!
