    Need to delete extra "dial 9" digit in outgoing calls

    Hi all, We just changed our phone system provider and need to remove the extra "9" that was imbedded in the system (so users wouldn't have to dial 9,9,555-1212 to make an external call) I know it's something simple, but I can't remember where we added that. Any help? Merlin Legend...

    Reprogram a Legend to "dial 9" for all calls?

    Hello, We just moved our office to a new facility and brought our Legend system with us. Our new phone lines are all "dial 9" to get out, so I need to change the Legend to add that to all outgoing calls. Does anyone know the shortcut to doing that? TIA, Jon
