    Hi have another question when you recieve a call from the switchboard and get caller id ,but if you are busy with on a call and a second call is transfering you only get a line number ie 023 instead of name display is thier a reason for this they do have two intercoms??

    Hi I have a pri with a NI2 proticol in two sites one site allows name display of customers circuit ie abc 416-555-1212 the other site says unknown name 416-555-1313 I was wondering if there is away to prove to the carrier that they control the name display .I have tried everything but no luck...
