Symposium Login Time Breakdown
Does anyone have the complete breakdown of an agent's login time? I have most agents whose productivity has on average 1 hr of unaccounted for time. I have a handful of agents whose productivity has around 2 hrs of unaccounted for time. CCMA 6.0- CubanFrapAddict
