    Moving blocks from Cabinet 2 to Cabinet 1

    I want to know if its possible to move certain extentions from cabinet 2 to cabinet 1. What are the steps that I have to take to accomplish this task? Another question, what do I need to do to route outgoing calls to route to the AT&T trunks?
