i have to remove a station but the user has ringer off activated so i get the object in use. i tried to do a list trace stat 1234/14 (ringer off is on button 8) but that did not work. this is a remote office so i cant login as the user here, nor can i have the client press the button since...
so i just took a 9640 set home & connected back to my SES via SIP. Does anyone know how i can get feature buttons or bridges on this set, as it stands now i can only get 3 call apperances.
i have a few old intuity 4.4's out there which when the magical 90 days is up i needa tech to go onsite & reboot the unit. this is costing me OT $$$ which i'd rather not do.

i have a MM 2.0. my users would like an option to blind transfer a call into another users mailbox without the phone ringing. i suggested setting up an AA & have the menu options set up similar to dial by extension. i am having an issue though.
has anyone set this up before??
