    Hello all, I am working with a cisco 1720 router and t1 service. I noticed congestion latency on both inbound and outbound traffic of ~350ms under heavy load. I enabled 'fair-queue' on the t1 serial interface (t1-wic) and the *outbound* congestion latency went way down to ~5ms. However any...
