Outlook Out of Office Assistant not working for external people

BrightStor ARCserver Backup 11.5 and network computers
I installed BrightStor ARCserver Backup 11.5 on one of the servers on our domain. Everything installed fine but when I go to setup a backup I cannot see the network or any of the other computers on the network. What do I need to do in order to see the other network computers? Thank you- icodeit
