    Auto intercom call pickup

    Hi..I have a Nortel Norstar system, DR5,just a small key system with 1 phone line, and I would like to use the intercom and have the called station go off hook automaticaly and be handsfree. It seems I got it to work that way once but now can't find the option. Thanks..hope I'm not intruding...
