    Help, not recieving mail until SMTP service is restarted...

    I can send mail out but I cannot recieve mail unless I restart the SMTP service. once I restart the SMTP service, I recieve mail for approx 4 minutes and then it stops again. I have disabled all mail filters and have the firewall wide open. Any help would be appreciated, thanks
