We have a prospect with a BT IPOffice which was installed a few months ago.
They have fallen out with BT and have asked us to move the system -
Can we move it and get BT to carry out a Maintenance Acceptance Test or would be be better off keeping well clear?

Now if I press F1 to bring up the call window, tab to move the curser to the Name and a letter to bring up the directory nothing happens.
If instead I go F1 then type a letter in the Number field, it brings up the directory.
