CCR: How to Transfer to Target Line instead of Externally
I'm trying to setup a CCR Tree. How do I set it up so that calls can be transfered to a DN, or a Hunt Group, and when that Hunt Group doesn't answer a CCR Tree / AA answers? I want to setup Night Ringing on one of the DID's. Currently there are 2 phones controlling their own night ringing. DID's will ring switchboard with Night Ringing turned on.
I'm using a BCM400 v4.0 System. on a PRI Trunk. When Night Ringing is turned on, Why does the switch board (Ext2221) Keep Ringing when someone calls one of our DID (Target Line#300) ?
