RE: HP ux 11.00 password problems,
Well got the new 712/60 all hooked up and got the monitor to work (640 X 800 res :( and it came up to the login screen... I have no user or pass, any way to get "around this" with out having to reinstall (he "forgot" to send the disk(s) with it???)) anyhelp would be appreciated- XTreme43

Needing info on the HP9000 712/60
Well, I recently bought one in CA, and it is being shipped to me this week (hopefully). Would like to know what OS works best on this RISC system and what HD is usually in it. I know it has 64 meg ram, built in Lan, 2 ps2 ports for mouse and keyboard. That is all i know. Tried to go to HP...- XTreme43
