    Can I uninstall internet explorer 6 and return to internet explorer 5?

    Ever since I installed internet explorer 6, the downloads take forever. They are very very slow and sometimes not at all and I have to disconnect and reconnect to the internet. I downloaded the patch but it is still not working very well. Is there a way to uninstall 6? thanks!!
