I ordered new 9620 phones. I have 4610's in production right now. I am trying to get the 9620 to pull the 46xxsettings.txt file. Currently it does not seem to be pulling the file. Any ideas? Thanks for your time on this.

Has anybody ever heard of this before. I have an issue where outside calls are going directly to voicemail and send all calls is deactivated.

I am trying to add users and just view the users that are currently setup. It is a new server and I was wondering how you add users as well as view them.
