    Can't remote into Desktop after loading XP SP3 unless user logged in

    I cannot make a remote desktop connection on a desktop running xp sp3 to another desktop running xp sp3. If a user logs in to the desktop then a remote connection can be established and sometimes right after the user logs out but if you reboot the computer then a connection cannot be made again...
